Job summary

T-Systems Iberia busca un profesional Senior en virtualización para diseñar y liderar implementaciones de infraestructuras virtualizadas a gran escala. El rol exige experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas, automatización con IaC y evaluación de plataformas hypervisor avanzadas.

Se valorará certificaciones en VMware/Red Hat/Nutanix, conocimiento de FinOps y capacidad para trabajar en entorno híbrido con colaboración internacional. Se ofrece desarrollo profesional y un modelo de trabajo flexible.

Qualifications

• Experiencia de 5+ años en virtualización empresarial.
• Conocimiento de IaC y automatización.
• Diseño de arquitecturas y guías de referencia.
• Evaluación y adopción de plataformas de virtualización alternatives.
• Definición de estándares y documentación para operaciones.
• Referente técnico en proyectos y migraciones.

Descripción del empleo

• 5+ years in enterprise virtualization with real design and automation experience.
• Design target architectures and reference blueprints.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and pipelines.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of alternative virtualization platforms (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV).
• Define standards and technical documentation for operations teams.
• Act as the technical reference in projects, migrations and architecture decisions.

Requisitos

• Automation/IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Python or PowerCLI + Git.
• Architecture-level knowledge of VMware vSphere and software-defined environments (vSAN, NSX).
• Experience with at least one alternative hypervisor (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV).
• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), CI/CD, observability, ITIL 4.
• VMware, Red Hat (OpenShift) or Nutanix certifications.
• FinOps / cost optimization knowledge.
• Spanish and English (professional level).
