Job summary

BASE4 Biosciences is seeking a hands‑on video creator to own the company’s audiovisual content. You will film and edit high‑quality videos, working with founders, scientists and collaborators to tell engaging stories about health, longevity and performance.

You’ll develop concepts, hooks and formats to maximize engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, while maintaining end‑to‑end production from shoot to post‑production.

Qualifications

• First and foremost, you are excellent at creating videos.
• You have experience with professional and semi‑professional cameras.
• You understand lighting setups and audio capture for high‑quality productions.
• You excel at video editing and post‑production to deliver polished content.
• You craft short‑form storytelling with strong hooks and pacing.
• You master social‑first editing for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high‑quality video content for BASE4.
• Create short‑form videos for social platforms.
• Film founders, scientists, clinicians, athletes, influencers and collaborators.
• Translate complex science into simple, engaging visuals.
• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts and formats to drive engagement.
• Own production from ideation to post‑production.
