Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Video Producer to join the Visual Design team. You will own video productions from planning through post-production, creating interviews, talking-head content, b-roll, and studio shoots for company-wide communications and campaigns.

As a second videographer, you will lead independent shoots and support larger productions with the Senior Video Producer. You will use your strong technical skills, organizational abilities, and AI-assisted tools to maintain high-quality media

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on video production experience
• Strong camera, lighting, and audio skills
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating camera, lighting, sound, editing, and studio production
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; color grading and motion graphics
• Strong organizational and shoot coordination skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Jira/Confluence or similar tools
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel for filming; travel flexibility

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video shoots end-to-end with internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute call sheets and coordinate shoot logistics
• Scout filming locations and book studios; arrange travel and equipment
• Prepare, test, organize, and maintain camera, lighting, audio equipment
• Independently film interviews, b-roll, and studio content
• Support multi-camera productions led by Senior Video Producer
• Brief on-camera participants and manage releases
• Ingest, back up, and archive raw footage
• Assist in post-production: editing, color, motion graphics, subtitles, transcriptions
• Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Troubleshoot production challenges; maintain quality and schedules
• Contribute to playbooks and workflows to increase efficiency
