Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Video Producer to join the Visual Design team and collaborate with the Senior Video Producer to expand Frontiers' video storytelling. You will own productions from planning and filming to post-production, creating interviews, talking-head content, b‑roll and studio shoots for company-wide communications and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in video production or similar role.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating camera, lighting, sound, editing and studio production experience.
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production tools, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with editing and colour grading skills.
• Strong production coordination and organizational skills for shoot schedules, call sheets, locations, equipment and backups, including digital media organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video shoots end-to-end, including interviews, talking-head sessions, b-roll, and studio productions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets, coordinate shoot logistics, and ensure all participants have clear information about locations and timings.
• Scout and book filming locations, studios, and spaces, coordinating travel and equipment transport when needed.
• Prepare, test and maintain camera, lighting, audio and studio gear for each assignment.
• Independently film interviews and studio content with professional equipment to a high standard.
• Support larger multi-camera productions led by a Senior Video Producer.
• Brief on-camera participants and obtain release forms and consent documentation.
• Ingest, back up, organize, and archive raw footage following folder structures and naming conventions.
• Assist post-production with editing, colour grading, motion graphics, subtitles and AI-assisted transcriptions.
• Work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and related tools for high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including freelance crew and editors.
• Identify and resolve technical/logistical challenges while maintaining quality and schedules.
• Help improve workflows, playbooks and best practices to increase capacity.
