Setterflo is seeking a content-focused creator to build our brand from the ground up in Madrid. You will script, film, edit short-form content and long-form pieces for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, owning the calendar and growth strategy.

As a founding hire, you’ll operate with high autonomy, earn commission on results, and have a clear path toward a paid retainer and CMO track as the company scales, including involvement in events like South Summit.

Formación

• Track record of making content people watch.
• Hooks, pacing and preventing scroll.
• Scripting, filming and basic editing (3+ short-form pieces weekly + long-form).
• Reading numbers weekly and adjusting format based on performance.
• Based in Madrid; able to be at iLabs regularly.
• EU national, student OR autónomo with clean legal setup from day one.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Take the brand on camera: writing, filming, and posting content.

• Manage delivery from scratch with high autonomy as a founding hire.
• Attend events (e.g., South Summit) and leverage founder network at iLabs.

Setterflo builds an AI-powered Instagram DM assistant that qualifies leads and books calls for coaches and creators in their own voice. No more missed DMs or human appointment setters who quit on you. We're live, Meta-approved, and onboarding pilot clients out of iLabs Madrid.

We need someone to take the brand on camera and run with it: writing, filming, and posting content that actually gets watched, while owning the calendar and growing our presence from scratch across Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube. This is a founding hire: high autonomy, real equity upside, and a genuine track toward a CMO seat as we scale.

What you'll bring:

• A track record of making content people watch - yours or a brand's, show us
• A real feel for hooks, pacing, and what keeps someone from scrolling past
• Comfortable scripting, filming, and doing your own basic edit: ideally 3+ pieces short form a week plus a long-form piece
• Reading the numbers weekly and adjusting format/angle based on what's working
• Based in Madrid, able to be at iLabs regularly
• EU national, student OR already set up as autónomo/a with no pending visa or residence changes - this starts as a commission-based role, so a clean legal setup matters from day one
• You're fluent in spoken and written English - Spanish is a genuine bonus, not a requirement
