Voodoo in Barcelona is seeking a skilled VFX Artist to craft compelling 2D and 3D visual effects for Paper.io 2 and related Live Studios projects. You will create motion graphics, implement effects in Unity, and collaborate with designers, artists and programmers to integrate assets seamlessly.

You will optimize VFX performance, contribute to pipelines, and troubleshoot technical issues across core gameplay, UI, and character visuals, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a VFX Artist with portfolio demonstrating 2D/3D VFX, motion graphics & animations.
• Experience with Unity real-time rendering.
• Solid understanding of particle systems, shaders, and scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with shader development and optimization techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of animation principles and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Creating high-quality 2D and 3D VFX, including motion graphics & animations.
• Developing and implementing visual effects for core gameplay, UI screens and character VFXs.
• Collaborating with designers, artists, and developers to integrate 3D assets and VFX into the game in Unity.
• Working with developers to adapt and integrate new art features based on project specifications.
• Optimizing VFX for performance.
• Developing and maintaining VFX pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient production processes.
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to motion graphics, animations & VFX creation and implementation.
