Antai Ventures in Barcelona is seeking an Intern to join the Venture Development Team for an entry-level full-time position. You will work with partners, analysts, and founders to identify, validate, and launch new business opportunities across the venture-building process.

Ideal candidates bring Spanish and English fluency, at least 1 year in a startup or VC, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with genuine interest in Spain's startup ecosystem and a proactive, independent work style.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
• At least 1 year full-time experience in a startup, scale-up, VC, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Deep analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Interest and knowledge about the startup ecosystem, particularly in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze new business models and emerging markets to identify potential venture opportunities.
• Support partners and founders during new company launches — from product validation to go-to-market planning.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and KPIs to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Develop and refine business plans and financial models for new ventures.
• Help prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and internal reports.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc strategic and operational projects that accelerate venture growth.
• Support on corporate transactions such as investment rounds, mergers, and acquisitions.

The Role

We are now looking for an Intern to join the Venture Development Team, the core team at Antai, for an entry-level full-time position.

You’ll work alongside Antai’s partners, analysts, and founders to identify, validate, and launch new business opportunities — getting exposure to the entire venture-building process from ideation to scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Economics or Business-related degree, Masters or MBA a plus;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides;

• Deep analytical skills and ability to work independently;

• Passion for entrepreneurship and the digital sector;

• Interest and knowledge about the startup ecosystem, particularly in Spain;

• Good financial acumen.
