You will manage budgets, forecast, and pricing while delivering tech-driven product support and market development. A BS in agriculture, 2–6 years' sales experience, and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in an Agricultural major is required.
• 2–6 years of relevant sales, product development, or agriculture experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow sales within a defined group of customers at subsidiary level.
• Own and manage sales budget, forecasting, and pricing activities for the territory and customer base.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific plans to execute sales strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Provide expert technical advice on Enza Zaden product portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for market development and new business with diverse customers.
• Collaborate across cross-functional and regional teams.
