Enza Zaden España is seeking a Sales Representative & Product Developer to build strong customer relationships, grow markets, and introduce new vegetable varieties. You will blend commercial drive with agricultural expertise to support customers and drive variety introductions.

Responsibilities include sales planning, customer engagement, market intelligence, and collaboration with breeding teams. A BS in agriculture, 2–6 years in related fields, and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Agricultural major is required.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in sales, product development, agriculture, or related industry.
• Valid driver’s license and English proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow sales within a defined group of customers at subsidiary level, executing targeted sales strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific plans for tactical sales execution.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive loyalty and profitability.
• Provide expert technical advice on Enza Zaden product portfolio to ensure successful cultivation and performance of varieties.
• Identify market opportunities and support new business development with diverse customers.
• Contribute to variety selection and advancement decisions using data-driven insights.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
