JetBrains is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the future of version control and code-change workflows across our IDEs. You will own the vision for VCS, Git experiences, and AI-assisted reviews, partnering with engineering, QA, marketing, and developer advocacy.

You will shape a strategic ecosystem beyond today’s tools, coordinating with multiple teams and driving new opportunities across environments and platforms.

Formación

• Experience leading the product direction for technically complex developer tools (SCM/CI/CD).
• Ability to translate intricate developer workflows into clear roadmaps.
• Experience coordinating across product, engineering, marketing, and developer advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Set the long-term product strategy for VCS and code-change workflows across JetBrains IDEs.
• Identify gaps in developer workflows and define new directions in VCS space.
• Explore opportunities from cross-IDE VCS clients to AI-native review and authorship tracking.
• Listen to the community and industry to guide priorities.
• Align roadmap decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to balance value, constraints, and health.
• Shape external positioning and represent VCS direction in customer conversations.
