Celonis invites ambitious graduates to join the Orbit Graduate program in Madrid, delivering an immersive 12‑month path in Value Engineering. You will prototype AI-powered solutions, translate customer needs into measurable value, and collaborate with leading AI partners.

The program offers onboarding in Madrid for one year and relocation to Tokyo, Japan, where the customer base is primarily in Japan. You will build skills in AI discovery, prototyping and value realization while advising senior

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, CS, Mathematics or related STEM field.
• Excellent academic performance with internship or 1–2 years' experience.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong Python and ML libraries knowledge; data engineering basics.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; customer focus.
• Fluency in English and Japanese required.
