Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a part-time Clinical Research Coordinator to take ownership of clinical coordination deliverables in a Valencia, Spain setting. You will manage recruitment, scheduling and site logistics, ensuring protocol and GCP compliance, data collection and safety reporting.

The role requires a strong foundation in clinical coordination, independent work capability, and the ability to guide others within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator with understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple trial aspects.
• Proficiency in clinical trial software and precise data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational aspects of clinical trials including participant recruitment, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
• Monitor and document trial progress, including data collection and safety reporting.
• Provide training and support to site staff to ensure proper trial procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with participants and site personnel to smooth operations.
