You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and quality standards.

Based in Valencia with on-site presence during key phases, you will lead cross-functional teams, address risks, and report to executives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT with HIS/RCM focus.
• Proven experience in large-scale healthcare implementations.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience with Cerner, Epic, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle HIS and RCM implementation including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for successful project execution.
• Engage with client stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure alignment with clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
