GMV busca un/a Ingeniero/a V&V para Sistemas de Defensa en Viñuelas, Castilla-La Mancha, España. Se trabajará en verificación y validación de sistemas complejos para proyectos europeos y nacionales, con enfoque en calidad y trazabilidad.

Se requiere formación en ingeniería (telecomunicaciones, informática, industrial o aeroespacial) y experiencia de ~2 años. Inglés mínimo B2/C1. Ofrecemos modelo híbrido, movilidad nacional/internacional y paquete de reubicación, con plan de carrera y beneficios.

Formación

• Requisitos en lectura e interpretación de documentación técnica.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2/C1).
• Perfil metódico, detallista y orientado a la calidad.

Responsabilidades

• Definición y ejecución de actividades de verificación y validación a nivel de sistema y subsistemas.
• Análisis de requisitos y definición de la estrategia de pruebas.
• Preparación de planes de prueba, casos de prueba y procedimientos de validación.
• Ejecución de campañas de pruebas en laboratorio, integración y campo.
• Seguimiento de incidencias y coordinación con equipos de desarrollo.
• Participación en revisiones técnicas y validación de entregables.
• Asegurar trazabilidad entre requisitos, pruebas y resultados.
• Contribución a la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas V&V.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

• Definition and execution of verification and validation activities at system and subsystem level.
• Requirements analysis and test strategy definition.
• Preparation of test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Execution of laboratory, integration, and field test campaigns.
• Incident tracking, analysis, and follow-up in coordination with development teams.
• Participation in technical reviews and deliverable validation.
• Ensuring requirement–test–result traceability.
• Contribution to continuous improvement of V&V processes and tools.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for graduates in: Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields, with approximately 2 years of experience in verification, validation, testing, or system.

• Methodical profile, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset.
• Teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
