GMV in Tres Cantos, Spain is seeking an experienced engineer to join their team working in the Space sector, focusing on Integration and Validation projects. Candidates should have expertise in testing and validation engineering, especially in the space domain. Responsibilities include defining IVV strategies, managing subsystems integration, and scripting. Formación

What challenges will you be taking on?

You will be part of an engineering team specialized in the implementation and validation of complex systems with state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

• Definition of IVV strategies
• Participation in the acceptance of the subsystems belonging to the ground segment
• Development and execution of end-to-end tests
• Management of the Verification Control Document
• Interaction with the customer and the end user
• Scripting

Qualifications

We are looking for profiles with experience in testing, integration and validation engineering. Specific experience in the space sector and knowledge and/or experience in:

• MS Office (especially Excel, but Access is an add-on)
• ECSS workflow for validation and acceptance of Space Systems
• Linux: User Level
• Knowledge of one or more subsystems (from previous experience, e.g. MCS, FDS, MPS, PDGS...)
• DOORS: user level
• DevOps: Ansible/Dockers

Accustomed to working in international environments and with fluent English.
