Bending Spoons in Madrid, Spain seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative designer to shape high-leverage product experiences. You will design intuitive UI/UX from concept to polished delivery, using AI tools and modern prototyping methods to accelerate direction.

You will work closely with PMs and engineers, define UX requirements early, and stay involved through QA and release, while continuously validating with customers and metrics to improve what ships next.

Formación

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Shape high-leverage product experiences by designing intuitive UI/UX across concept to delivery.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, and align with the team.
• Prototype and build with AI using Cursor and Claude Code, blending Figma as needed.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers, defining UX requirements early and guiding QA through release.
• Validate and measure by talking to customers and tracking funnels, retention, adoption.
• Identify high-impact backlog bets to unlock business value and accelerate delivery.
