Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative UX designer to shape high-leverage product experiences across our growing portfolio. You will leverage AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code, prototype with speed, and work closely with PMs and engineers from day one to ensure intuitive, effective, and delightful user experiences.

As part of an entrepreneurial team, you’ll participate in design decisions, run quick tests with customers, and iterate to meet ambitious goals.

• Proficiency in English: reading, writing and speaking at a strong level.

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery with intuitive UX/UI.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent and surface risks and directions.
• Prototype and build with AI, moving between code and design tools for best results.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements early.
• Validate and measure by talking to customers, running quick tests, and iterating based on data.
• Find high-leverage bets from the backlog to unlock business value and move fast.
