Vitra is seeking a content-focused UX/content designer to manage website content, assets and page structures. You will collaborate with marketing, design and development to publish digital content, plan layouts and improve the user journey across touchpoints.

You will create wireframes, sitemaps and screen flows to enhance the digital experience and support product launches, deliver usability insights, and communicate concepts effectively to engineers and teammates in a bilingual environment.

Formación

• BS/MS degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and DAM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS; JS is an advantage.
• Experience in UX/UI design, usability testing and IA.
• Project management and research experience.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain website content, digital assets and page structures via CMS.
• Collaborate with marketing and design to publish digital content.
• Support content concepts, page layouts and site structures.
• Create wireframes, sitemaps and screen flows to improve UX.
• Define and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
• Monitor usability, prepare insights and report improvements.
• Identify UX challenges and improve navigation and CTAs.
• Communicate concepts and prototypes effectively to development teams.
