Scania Ibérica is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the used vehicle business. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage profitability, stock turnover and customer satisfaction across local and international markets.

The role requires strong experience in retail sales and team leadership, with a focus on P&L, inventory management and international negotiations. Fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese are mandatory to collaborate across regions.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a professional to take on the role of Used Vehicle Manager, leading the commercial strategy and overall management of the used vehicle business. The role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, stock turnover and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the used vehicle business strategy in line with company objectives.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and capital employed targets.
• Maximize the value and turnover of used vehicle stock.
• Manage the end-to-end used vehicle lifecycle.
• Drive business growth across local and international markets.
• Develop competitive pricing, valuation, and residual value policies.
• Coordinate activities across commercial, financial, operational, and service functions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and business governance standards.
• Develop, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Contribute to the sustainable and profitable growth of the used vehicle business.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in retail sales and commercial operations, preferably within the automotive, transportation, commercial vehicles, or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading teams and developing people.
• Strong experience in P&L management, profitability, asset and inventory management, commercial negotiations, export operations, and international business.
• Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with professional written and verbal communication skills. This is a mandatory requirement.
