CINNAMOOD GmbH is seeking an entrepreneurial Franchise Expansion Manager USA to drive rapid growth in the United States. You will identify and secure franchise partners, analyze markets, and guide market entry strategies while coordinating with headquarters.

Based in New York or Barcelona with travel to the US, you will lead negotiations, build partner networks, and ensure scalable expansion across a dynamic international bakery and coffee brand.

Formación

• Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, or business development – US market.
• Strong understanding of franchise structures, contracts, and market entry strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and actively shape a fast-growing international brand.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the expansion of our brand across the US by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners.
• Analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions.
• Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States.
• Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth.
