3PBiovian is seeking an Upstream Technician to join the Manufacturing Operations team in Navarra. You will support scale-up, equipment entry, and process development for biologics produced in microorganisms.

The role emphasizes GMP adherence, training, and cross-department collaboration to ensure quality and timely delivery. Reporting to the USP Team Leader, you will help monitor quality indicators and participate in continuous improvement, with potential relocation support for non-local

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with GMP/bioprocess exposure.
Experience with scale-up and manufacturing processes is valued.
Fluency in Spanish; English level B2+ is desirable.

Mansioni

Ensure timely planning of USP Scale-Up and Manufacturing activities.
Train personnel in charge and ensure proper capabilities.
Prepare and develop production processes for recombinant proteins/biologics in microorganisms.
Participate in audits and ensure GMP compliance within the team.
Record quality indicators and support investigations with the Team Leader.
Propose and implement process improvements and technology transfers.
Maintain documentation and oversee ERP-based order monitoring for USP production.
