Aragon Health Research Institute Foundation (IIS Aragon) invites applications for a University Mid-Level Research Support Officer – Group C. The role provides operational and administrative support within the maternal-child area under PI supervision.

Responsibilities include data entry, data dumps for studies, formatting reports, managing study records, and coordinating participant appointments. A Bachelor's in Nutrition/Dietetics and 3 years in cohort/intervention studies are required.

Formación

• Three years of experience in epidemiological cohort and intervention studies in neonatal, infant and adolescent populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support in preparing documents, scheduling, and maintaining databases for the maternal-child area under PI supervision.
• Perform data dumping for research studies under instructions, SOPs, and PI supervision.
• Assist in formatting presentations and layout of reports for dissemination of study results.
• Support administrative management of participant appointments and visit registrations per study plan.
• Assist in administering validated questionnaires and data entry into study databases under PI supervision.
• Maintain documentary archive and study records; report incidents to the responsible researcher.
• Carry out additional technical and operational tasks within Group C university graduate duties as required.

Required Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
• Three years of experience in epidemiological cohort and intervention studies in neonatal, infant and adolescent populations.

Main Functions

• Operational support in the preparation of documents, control of the schedule and maintenance of the operational databases of the maternal-child area under the specific instructions and direct supervision of the Principal Investigator.
• Performing auxiliary tasks of data dumping for research studies, always acting under specific instructions, study protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs), with constant supervision by the PI.
• Subordinate collaboration in the formatting of presentations, layout of reports and basic editing of materials for disseminating the results of the program.
• Operational support in the administrative management of participant appointments and registration of visits, following the planning and organizational criteria established by the study management.
• Support in the administration of validated questionnaires and data entry into the study databases, under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.
• Management of the documentary archive and maintenance of the study records; with the obligation to communicate any incident of the process to the responsible researcher.
• In addition to the above, other technical and operational support tasks may be carried out, always within the functions corresponding to Group C of University Graduate/a in Research Support.
