Abacum, a Barcelona-based leader in business planning software, seeks a UI Design System & Motion Designer to own the Abax Design System, ensure consistency, and bring it to life with motion. You will work with Product Designers, Engineers, Brand, and Marketing to create polished visuals and AI-ready components that scale across the platform.

You’ll craft internal videos, micro-interactions, and prototypes, while aligning with brand storytelling and product campaigns.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of UI patterns and design systems with scalable structure.
• Experience crafting motion, micro-interactions, and prototypes.
• Proficient in Figma; able to structure components and tokens for AI use.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design system, maintaining and expanding Abax as the single source of truth in Figma and Storybook.
• Make the system AI-consumable, documenting components and tokens for AI tooling.
• Design in motion with internal videos and transitions to showcase the platform.
• Collaborate with Brand & Marketing to deliver high-quality motion for launches and storytelling.
