Leidos in Rota, Spain is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) to support active-duty members and their families. The role provides education on benefits, enrollment, and claims, utilizing systems like DOES and MHS Genesis.

You will handle enrollments, PCM changes, and data entry, comply with HIPAA, and participate in briefings and remote support as needed. Must have high school diploma, U.S. citizenship, SOFA status, and 3+ years of customer service.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. citizen with SOFA status or dependent of eligible personnel.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written/oral communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Verify benefits and enrollment using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update PCM as per MTF guidelines and process batch changes.
• Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims.
• Provide basic claims status updates and escalation as needed.
• Lead informational briefings for events and maintain accurate daily records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality; complete required trainings.
• Collaborate with team and support remote operations as needed.
