Ebury Group in Madrid is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Treasury Platform to own data ingestion from transactional systems into the TMS (FIS Quantum) and to optimize cash management, forecasting, and risk valuation. The role collaborates with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors.

You will drive the treasury domain, ensuring real-time visibility across bank accounts and data integrity, with a path toward system evolution and potential platform replacement.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in product management, specifically within FinTech, Banking, or Treasury‑focused domains.
• Deep understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FX trade settlements mechanics.
• Familiarity with data flows across disparate systems and how events translate into treasury movements.
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and financial messages to identify patterns and map data accurately.
• Experience detailing complex financial logic and producing high‑quality documentation for system evaluations or in‑house builds.
• Experience working with third‑party financial software providers (e.g., FIS, Kyriba, or similar TMS platforms).

Responsabilidades

• Define the Roadmap for Treasury Systems and understand transactional flows for accurate data ingestion into the TMS.
• Optimize Cash Management and Visibility with real-time cash visibility and improved forecasting.
• Oversee Banking Reconciliation to justify deltas and reconcile bank flows.
• Manage Market Data & Valuations to produce MtM valuations for open transactions.
• Drive System Evolution by evaluating FIS Quantum and planning for future system changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define data pipelines and prioritize features for risk reduction.
• Act as bridge between Treasury and technical teams, communicating status and data integrity.
