Nordex Group is seeking a Treasury Manager (m/f/d) to join the Concrete Towers team in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain. You will manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasts, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization to support business operations.

You will collaborate with Finance and other departments, ensure accurate reporting, and bring at least six years of treasury experience, SAP expertise, and English at C1 level to the role. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Treasury, Finance, or a similar role.
• SAP knowledge is required.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Availability to travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly treasury forecasts (cash flow forecasts).
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity levels across the business.
• Identify liquidity risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate potential impacts.
• Optimize working capital through the monitoring and management of receivables, payables, and inventories.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and short- and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and other business departments to improve treasury and cash management processes.
• Support management reporting and financial analyses related to cash and liquidity performance.
