Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to shape ALM and liquidity management, supporting hedging and risk frameworks across regions. You will drive ALM standards, build dashboards, and influence funding and risk decisions in a fast-growing, regulated European bank environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical treasury with hands-on Python/SQL, a STEM background, and strong analytical skills to collaborate with Finance, Risk and Product teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical treasury, focusing on ALM and liquidity management.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• STEM background (degree or equivalent).
• Experience in a regulated European bank (ECB oversight preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

About The Role

Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks. We're looking for a motivated Treasury Manager to inform hedging decisions for currency exchange (FX), run the funds transfer pricing (FTP) process, and enhance ALM frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing ALM frameworks, standards, and methodologies
• Designing and enhancing ALM reporting, dashboards, and analytical models
• Driving continuous improvements in ALM processes and governance
• Leading or contributing to strategic initiatives within the ALM function
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Product teams

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in technical treasury, especially in ALM and liquidity management
• Hands-on experience with Python/SQL
• A STEM background
• Experience in a regulated European bank, preferably one under ECB oversight
• Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FRTB implementation
