Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to shape ALM and liquidity management, supporting hedging and risk frameworks across regions. You will drive ALM standards, build dashboards, and influence funding and risk decisions in a fast-growing, regulated European bank environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical treasury with hands-on Python/SQL, a STEM background, and strong analytical skills to collaborate with Finance, Risk and Product teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical treasury, focusing on ALM and liquidity management.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• STEM background (degree or equivalent).
• Experience in a regulated European bank (ECB oversight preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ALM frameworks, standards and methodologies.
• Design and enhance ALM reporting, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Drive continuous improvements in ALM processes and governance.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives within ALM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Product teams.
