Job summary

BIP Spain is a growing international consulting firm with a flexible work model and a focus on developing its people. We are seeking a finance professional to handle payments, cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting, working in a dynamic, multilingual environment in Madrid.

The role requires a business/finance degree, 2–4 years in finance, and strong Excel and accounting software skills. English and Spanish fluency are essential, with Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or higher education in Administration or Accounting.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial departments.
• Knowledge of Navision and/or SAP is a plus.
• Spanish native-speaker and very good command of English (written and spoken) are essential.
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Make payments and collections, manage relationships with financial institutions and perform banking operations, balance management and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flows, project future cash needs and support strategic decision making to optimise the cash position.
• Generate financial reports to enable management decision making.
• Management of guarantees, bonds, PCG, etc.

YOUR TASKS :
