Job summary

10x Team seeks a Freelance Treasury Analyst – AI Trainer to help train AI models in treasury management, cash flow analysis, risk mitigation and compliance. This remote, project-based role offers 8–20 hours per week across the EU/UK.

You will review AI outputs, develop real-world treasury scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve AI guidance on treasury practices. Prior treasury operations experience is essential; the role is fully remote.

Qualifications

• Experienced treasury analyst with a strong track record in treasury management and financial operations.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Deep understanding of cash flow analysis, risk mitigation, compliance, and treasury systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to deliver actionable, structured feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to treasury analysis, cash management, and risk assessment
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on treasury solutions, cash flow, and liquidity management
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from your professional experience in treasury operations
• Create scenario variations covering cash forecasting, compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements
• Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations and provide clear, structured feedback
• Influence how AI systems interpret treasury best practices and compliance frameworks
