Gurit in Girona, Spain is seeking a Treasury Analyst for a 6-month temporary role. You will lead the Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and drive digitalization of treasury processes across the Group under guidance from the Head of Group Treasury.

You will assist in daily treasury activities, including liquidity management, bank relationships, FX and interest rate risks, as well as intercompany financing, payments, and reporting. This is an international, dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Solid understanding of cash pooling, liquidity management and treasury processes.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is required.
• Interest in system implementation and digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years in Treasury/Finance in an international environment.

Description of the Role:

The Treasury Analyst will lead and support the implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS) and drive the digitalization and automation of treasury processes across the Group under the guidance and support of the Head of Group Treasury.

In addition, this role will assist the Head of Group Treasury in daily treasury activities, including the management of Group liquidity, bank relationships, foreign exchange and interest rate risks, and intercompany financing.

Treasury Management System (TMS) Implementation – Primary Responsibility

• Lead and actively support the implementation, rollout, and continuous enhancement of the Group's Treasury Management System.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, validation, and process documentation.
• Collaborate closely with IT, finance teams, banks, and external providers to ensure successful integration of TMS functionalities.
• Drive the digitalization, standardization, and automation of treasury processes and reporting across the Group.
• Support change management, user training, and the adoption of new treasury technologies and workflows.

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Support the daily management of the global cash pool structure, including monitoring balances, limits, and intercompany positions.
• Execute daily cash positioning and ensure optimal liquidity allocation across the Group.
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and contribute to monthly liquidity reporting.

Intercompany Financing

• Monitor and manage intercompany loans, current accounts, and internal funding structures.
• Ensure in close collaboration with Group Accounting and Reporting the accurate booking, interest calculation, and timely settlement of intercompany financing transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and support the optimization of internal funding flows.

Daily Treasury Operations

• Process and verify treasury payments, FX transactions, and internal financing activities.
• Maintain bank account documentation, user access rights, and KYC requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for subsidiaries on treasury-related matters.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of cash pooling and in-house banking, liquidity management, FX management and treasury processes.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a must.
• Interest in system implementation and digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury and Finance
