Werfen is seeking an experienced Technical/ Application Support professional to strengthen the transplant solutions business across Europe. The role combines second‑level support with workflow consulting, LEAN‑based improvements, and development of tools and training materials to empower affiliates.

You will lead performance reviews of laboratory workflows, support digital platforms, and help pre‑ and post‑sales activities with technical demonstrations and customer onboarding.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field; HLA/transplant knowledge preferred.
• 5+ years in technical or application support, workflow consulting, or IT in healthcare or laboratory environments.
• Experience with healthcare workflows and LEAN/Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.
• Fluent English; additional EU languages are valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second‑level technical, scientific, and application support for the Transplant portfolio across Europe.
• Lead workflow assessments and LEAN‑based improvement projects to optimize laboratory efficiency and turnaround time.
• Support Werfen's Transplant digital/IT solutions, including dashboards and AI‑powered tools.
• Train affiliates and deliver customer presentations; assist in pre‑ and post‑sales activities and CAPA processes.
