Werfen seeks an experienced professional to provide advanced technical application support and workflow consulting across its transplant portfolio in Europe. You will lead second-level support, coordinate LEAN projects, and develop tools and training to improve laboratories’ efficiency and turnaround time.

You will collaborate with affiliates across Europe to ensure consistent customer support excellence, support pre- and post-sales activities, and promote data-driven solutions through digital

Formación

• Advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, or related field.
• LEAN/Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in technical or application support, workflow consultancy, or IT support in healthcare/lab environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as second-level technical, scientific, and application support for Transplant portfolio across Europe.
• Lead workflow assessments and LEAN-based improvement projects to optimize TAT and efficiency.
• Develop workflow tools, training materials, and best-practice documents for affiliates.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical demonstrations and onboarding.
• Promote and implement digital tools, dashboards, and data management solutions.
