Hospitality Tech Group seeks an Operations/Program Manager in Barcelona to drive strategic initiatives across the Hospitality organization. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, onboard and enable teams, and track priorities, risks, and progress to keep initiatives on schedule.

The role demands 2–6 years in operations or program management, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• 2–6 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Structured and analytical thinking with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and business-level English, with a proactive ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of strategic initiatives across the Hospitality organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across teams.
• Support onboarding, migration, enablement, and commercial teams.
• Help maintain visibility on priorities, timelines, and progress.
• Track actions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Support the operating rhythm, including weekly leadership meetings and OKR follow-up.
• Prepare executive updates and ensure clear cross-team communication.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.

• Support execution of strategic initiatives across the Hospitality organization
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across
• Support Onboarding, Migration, Enablement, and Commercial teams
• Help maintain visibility on priorities, timelines, and progress
• Track actions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives
• Support the operating rhythm of the organization, including:
• Weekly leadership meetings Initiative and project tracking
• OKR and performance follow-up Preparation of executive updates
• Help ensure alignment and communication across teams and stakeholders
• Identify potential bottlenecks and support problem-solving
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
