TD SYNNEX Academy seeks a Training Program Manager to lead a portfolio of vendor‑authorized training and certification programs across Europe. You will collaborate with vendors, country Academy teams, and internal stakeholders to launch, adopt, optimize, and align programs with market needs.

You will drive governance, monitor program performance, and enable consistent execution across multiple countries while shaping training portfolios and certification paths to meet vendor strategies.

Formación

• Experience in IT training, technical education, or partner enablement.
• Experience with technology vendors and partner ecosystems is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT channel and vendor certification landscape is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across a matrix organization and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; high organizational detail.”

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic vendor training and certification programs across Europe.
• Act as the primary Academy contact for assigned vendors and ensure successful program execution.
• Drive rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of vendor programs across multiple countries.

• Coordinate with local Academy teams for consistent execution of training initiatives.
• Ensure training portfolios, certification paths, learning journeys, and schedules align with vendor strategies.
• Analyze program data, training demand, certification trends, and vendor investments to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead communication around program updates, portfolio changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Units, vendor teams, and Academy stakeholders to develop offerings addressing market needs.
• Act as trusted advisor on vendor education programs, certification frameworks, and learning solutions.
• Contribute to evolution of Academy processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

Job Purpose

TD SYNNEX Academy is the technical training and certification division of TD SYNNEX, helping partners and end customers develop the skills, certifications, and technical capabilities needed to succeed in an evolving technology landscape.

Training Program Manager

As Training Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of vendor‑authorized training and certification programs across Europe. Working closely with vendors, country Academy teams, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure programs are successfully launched, adopted, optimized, and aligned with both vendor requirements and market needs.

This is a highly collaborative program management position focused on driving the success of Academy initiatives, improving program performance, and enabling consistent execution across the European region.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic vendor training and certification programs across Europe.
• Act as the primary Academy contact for assigned vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring successful program execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within IT training, technical education, certification programs, learning services, or partner enablement.
• Ideally experience working with technology vendors and partner ecosystems.
• Ideally knowledge of the IT channel and vendor certification landscape.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to evaluate program performance and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Fluent English.
