Alstom is seeking a Train Project Engineering Manager (PREM) to lead engineering project management and Design to Cost activities at our sites. You will oversee Project Engineering Manager activities across projects and tenders, ensuring QCD commitments are met and engineering standards are applied.

The role requires proven experience in train engineering, strong leadership, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (Pr EM) and Design to Cost (Dt C) activities across projects and tenders.
• Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments.
• Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS.
• Support Pr EM teams in issue resolution and priority definition.
• Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering.
