Job summary

Henkel is offering a 12-month internship in our marketing and brand development team in Spain. You will analyze market performance, trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and support strategic brand initiatives.

You will assist in developing promotions, POS materials, and sales initiatives, prepare branding project materials, monitor daily brand activity, and help with monthly P&L analysis, forecasts, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Internship position available for 12 months (8h/day) via Convenio de prácticas.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong analytical mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market performance, trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of marketing innovations and campaigns that drive brand performance.
• Prepare promotional materials: displays, folders, posters, etc.
• Daily monitoring of brands and actions to ensure consistency.
• Prepare materials for branding projects, market studies, and mock-ups.
• Support monthly analysis of brands' P&L and compare with forecasts; assist with sales, profitability, cost control and advertising budgets.
