Hayward Holdings, Inc. in Europe seeks a Trade Marketing & Communication Manager to lead marketing and communication strategies that accelerate sell-out and strengthen Hayward’s visibility at the point of sale across European markets.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Product Management and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing programmes in an industrial environment with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish and French are a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with marketing programmes across Europe and with agencies is advantageous.

With a strong global brand, a large installed base, close customer relationships and a long-standing history of innovation, we are committed to delivering efficient, sustainable and high-quality solutions for our customers.We are looking for a **Trade Marketing & Communication Manager, Europe** to lead and develop marketing and communication strategies that support sell-out acceleration, strengthen Hayward’s visibility at point of sale and enhance brand presence across European markets.This is a key strategic role with strong internal and external exposure, working closely with Product Management, Sales teams, communication stakeholders, external agencies, partners and industry representatives to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.## **Your main responsibilities**In this role, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and executing trade marketing and communication initiatives across Europe. Your key responsibilities will include:* Managing the annual Marketing & Communication budget, ensuring maximum ROI within the marketing plan.* Ensuring brand consistency and brand delivery across all markets, including the implementation of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, loyalty programmes and other initiatives.* Designing and supervising the communication plan, including both operational and digital communication actions.* Coordinating the communication team by setting priorities, defining deadlines and promoting team engagement through effective leadership.* Working closely with Sales leaders to design marketing programmes that increase awareness, build categories and grow demand for Hayward products.* Developing customer-relations initiatives and coordinating Hayward’s presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations and seminars.* Contributing to competitive intelligence by analysing competitors’ communication channels, messages and methods.## **What we are looking for**We are looking for a creative, analytical and business-oriented marketing professional with strong project management skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional European environment.
