Job summary

Rover.com is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-team initiatives across Developer Experience and Client Platform. You will own roadmaps, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects that enable engineers, PMs, designers, and analysts to work faster with AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with engineering managers across Barcelona, Seattle, and remote teams, shaping programs that balance technical depth with organizational alignment and pragmatic delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years driving technical programs in a platform, developer tooling, or client engineering context.
• Experience delivering platforms or internal tooling with engineers as primary users.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, development environments, mobile release paths, web platforms, and edge routing.

Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap for programs with engineering managers, turning priorities into a plan with objectives and measures.
• Drive plan delivery: manage cadence, dependencies, risks, and escalation.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across Developer Experience and Client Platform, coordinating with dependent teams.
