Indie Campers is seeking an eager Tourism & Operations Intern to join our Dos Hermanas depot near Seville. You will greet guests, set them up for road trips, and ensure the journey ends as smoothly as it began.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields, fluent in English, with a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international setting. This internship is compensated.

Formación

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and a valid driver’s licence.
• Work permit if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Front-office customer service and sales: check-ins/check-outs, explain campervan features, upsell extras.
• Back-office operations handling: align reservations, prepare campers and road trip kits.
• Quality control: maintain campervans, identify maintenance needs.
• Fleet coordination and stock monitoring: support the team with fleet logistics.
