ADP is seeking a Threat Detection Engineer to join our Global Security team. You will work with CIRC, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Red Team, and AppDev to design and drive threat detection across ADP security platforms.

You will develop advanced alerting, maintain expertise on threats, and collaborate to build tailored detections using SIEM and SOAR technologies. Strong Python/SQL skills and cloud experience are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in threat detection or threat hunting.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional knowledge across security disciplines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Develop advanced alerting capabilities based on threat intel and post-incident findings.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of attacks, vectors, and emergent threats.
• Develop detections for our SOAR platform based on stakeholder requests and threat intel.
• Collaborate with CIRC and threat management to understand requirements.
• Experience with content in EDR, NDR, and SOAR.
• Analyze and reduce false positives to focus engineering efforts.
• Build detection logic from security logs across Linux, Windows, macOS and cloud.
