THEKER is seeking a Robotics Integration Specialist to define performance standards and lead commissioning, programming, and optimization in real industrial plants. The role focuses on measurable production performance, reliability, and setting technical standards for scaling the robotics platform globally from Barcelona.

You will shape system reliability and define performance benchmarks as we grow, with responsibilities spanning commissioning, tuning, and validation in real production

Formación

• Engineering degree or higher vocational training in mechatronics, industrial, electrical, automation, robotics, software, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of robot programming, PLCs, or industrial control systems.
• Experience in robotics integration, commissioning, or industrial automation.
• Ability to perform structured troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Fluent Spanish and willingness to travel frequently (driving license required).
• Nice to have: experience with industrial vision systems, performance data analysis, or robot simulation tools.
