Mahle Valencia is seeking a test engineer to verify and run durability and performance tests on automotive compressors, ensuring data reliability with calibrated test equipment and documented procedures. You will analyze test data using Excel and Diadem, create clear reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

• HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• English required; German an asset; Spanish and French considered.
• Good electrical understanding and mechanical competence.
• Refrigerant handling training to J-11/F-GAS preferred.
• Experience with automotive air conditioning is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical and electrical compressor tests (durability, performance, field trials).
• Ensure data reliability by calibrating and operating test equipment correctly.

In this role you will verify and run durability and performance tests on automotive compressors, ensuring data reliability through calibrated test equipment. You will analyze data, using tools like Excel and Diadem, and present findings to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-site teams and support the integration of air conditioning systems into test setups. Your work will drive continuous improvements in test methods and equipment while upholding safety and confidentiality.
