UST, a multinational company, seeks a Test Data Management Specialist to design, extract, transform and provision test data sets for UAT and other environments, ensuring referential integrity across systems.

You will coordinate with IDMC and TD teams, automate provisioning with SQL, Python, Shell and CI/CD tools, and maintain a central data inventory while supporting testers and Product Owners with data constraints. Fluent English required; banking sector experience preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with data masking tools/technologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios.
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refreshes and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using SQL, Python, Shell, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).
• Maintain a central inventory of test datasets and metadata; act as point of contact for testers and Product Owners.
