King's College School Alicante, part of Inspired Education, is seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to join on a temporary basis from March 2027, covering a paternity leave. You will teach Mathematics across the school, up to A Level, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons.

The ideal candidate will hold a mathematics degree, a recognised secondary teaching qualification, and proven experience teaching A Level Mathematics within a British or international school environment.

Formación

• Degree in Mathematics or closely related subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification for secondary education.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
• Strong experience teaching A Level Mathematics.
• Excellent subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• English proficiency.
• Availability to start in March 2027 for temporary assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Mathematics across the school, up to A Level.
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons.
• Prepare and support students studying A Level Mathematics, developing exam skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs.
• Promote problem-solving and independent learning.
• Maintain an inclusive, well-managed classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the school.
