Airzone Clima is seeking a dynamic sales and project support professional in Madrid to drive customer visits, identify prescription projects, and manage post‑sales activities across installers, distributors, and engineering firms. You will coordinate technical support, negotiation of offers, and ensure alignment with construction timelines.

• Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
• Search for and attract prescription projects.
• Customer service to installers, distributors, architecture/engineering firms, developers, and construction companies.
• Monitoring projects from start to finish, including drafting projects and coordinating prescribers and designers.
• Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers and projects.
• Relations with developers, builders and installers through project phases.
• Technical after-sales support and coordination across channels (developer, builder, installer).
• Project management at construction sites (installation monitoring).
• Support for marketing strategies and incident tracking.

FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

• Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
• Search for and attract prescription projects.
• Customer service (installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies).
• Monitoring projects from start to finish:
  • Drafting projects.
  • Coordinating the prescribing draughtsman/designer.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers and projects.
• Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers.
• Relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
• Technical after-sales support: customer service and commissioning of after-sales installations. Technical assistance to the different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.). Coordination of technical after-sales.
• Project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
• Support for marketing strategies.
• Collection management and incident monitoring.
• Intermediation between customers and manufacturing.
• Company presentations, catalogs, and products.
• Coordination of technical-commercial training for installers.
