Job summary

Otis, a global leader in elevators, seeks a Commercial Technician to drive sales activities, plan client visits, and manage follow-ups in Spain. You will coordinate with the technical team to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring timely reporting and balance follow-ups.

The role requires a Diploma or Engineering/Architecture degree preference, 3+ years of related experience, MS Office 365 proficiency, and English at least at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Diplomatura or Licenciatura with preference for Engineering/Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/tech-commercial experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial actions with customers, plan visits, and follow-ups to meet sales goals.
• Acquire new customers and manage receivables with clients to ensure balances.
• Prepare accurate commercial reporting within required formats and timelines.
• Coordinate with technical team to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
