The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with CPA and at least 8 years in accounting, including 3 in management, and demonstrates IFRS/GAAP knowledge, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in general accounting management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting department (GL, AP, AR).
• Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead year-end closing and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
