• Prepare competitive bid proposals and gather client requirements, tender documents and technical documentation.
• Write and present proposals clearly, highlighting Ferrovial’s strengths and value proposition.
• Analyze bid solicitation project requirements and assess feasibility for Ferrovial.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources.
• Prepare initial budget estimates for bidding projects and monitor budget performance.
• Identify non-compliance with policies and regulatory codes within the team.
• Build effective working relationships within internal client organizations.
• Develop capabilities through assessment, development planning and training.

Report any issues or inconsistencies to the senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience.Contract Management: Prepare competitive and convincing bid proposals. Gather and organize the necessary information, such as client requirements, tender documents and technical documents. Write and present the proposal in a clear and concise manner, highlighting Ferrovial’s strengths and value proposition.Bid Solicitation, Request for Proposal & Tender Analysis: Analyze parts of the bid solicitation project requirements, gather and assess information related to the feasibility of these requirements for Ferrovial.Insights and Reporting: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.Budgeting : Prepare initial budget estimates for bidding projects, gathering necessary financial data and cost information.
