Job summary

Ferrovial Construction busca un Encargado de Obras para dirigir e inspeccionar instalaciones de climatización, fontanería, PCI, baja tensión y alumbrado en proyectos de infraestructura y construcción. El candidato debe dominar AutoCAD y manejar Microsoft Office, con experiencia previa como jefe de obra.

Se valoran FP de Grado Medio o equivalente, capacidad de replanteos, control de almacenes y coordinación de subcontratas. Ubicación: Madrid, con presencia en obras y tareas de gestión diaria.

Qualifications

• Formación FP de Grado Medio o equivalente.
• Dominio de Excel, Word y Outlook.
• Conocimiento de AutoCAD.
• Experiencia como Encargado en obras de instalaciones de climatización, fontanería, PCI, baja tensión o alumbrado.

Responsibilities

• Apoyar al jefe de proyecto en planificación y organización de trabajos.
• Realizar replanteos en obra.
• Gestión de almacén y control de materiales.
• Coordinar trabajos en obra y gestionar personal subcontratado.
• Apoyar al jefe de proyecto en mediciones.
• Velar por la seguridad y salud en obra.
• Interlocución con responsables de la obra.
